As it celebrates its 20th anniversary, Starbucks Philippines offers decadent flavors in its food and drinks, all of which will surely become your new favorites this new year.
Let’s start off with these beverages that use the signature Espresso Roast as their base. These are the Okinawa Brown Sugar Latte and Salted Caramel Mocha Crumble.
Okinawa brown sugar is one of Japan’s most popular culinary ingredients. And in this drink, Starbucks combines it with the signature Espresso Roast and tops it with milk foam. The result: an elegant drink that highlights the hint of molasses found in the sugar and fuses in light caramel for a sweet, coffee-forward drink.
Meanwhile, the Salted Caramel Mocha Crumble (a returning favorite) combines deep chocolate and espresso flavors with toffee nut syrup, layered with a combination of whipped cream and caramel sauce. It’s topped with a blend of turbinado sugar and sea salt for that sweet-and-savory taste.
