I would think every woman would like to have a small tummy. Not me, not right now when I’m pregnant.
During my last checkup, the OB said that the baby seemed small for its age. The fetus is now 15 weeks old. But the bulge still looks small that I don’t look like I’m pregnant at all. Just a bit fat.
This month, I’ve started wearing more loose clothing and been drinking Anmum like an addict. The bulge is getting bigger. But it still is not that big.
Not big enough to warrant me some preggy privileges, like being offered a seat in the bus or not being pushed around during commuting time. Good thing no one has had the gall to bump my tummy. Or else…
My mom said that it’s just normal, having a small tummy. When she was pregnant with me, she had a small tummy, too. I came into the world weighing only above four pounds.
Hubby says I shouldn’t force baby to grow big. It will come naturally. I hope I’m not putting any stress to my baby, telling him or her to grow inside me more.
So for now, it’s all eating and Anmum for me. Maybe when baby reaches five months, people will know I’m pregnant and give me my privileges.
