While PAGASA has officially declared the start of the rainy season, it’s still too humid outside. It’s a good thing Starbucks Philippines has something new to help you cool down.
Get ready to taste the newest Frappuccino Blended Beverages from Starbucks: the Banana Split Mocha Frappuccino and Irish Cream Coffee Pudding Frappuccino.
The Banana Split Mocha Frappuccino blended beverage combines Starbucks’ Mocha Frappuccino with banana puree. This is layered on fluffy Strawberry whipped cream and then topped with regular whip. Chocolate drizzle and crunchy waffle cone pieces finish off the drink.
Meanwhile, the Irish Cream Coffee Pudding Frappuccino offers a new twist to the classic Coffee Frappuccino. It has an Irish Cream flavor-infused pudding at the bottom and espresso whipped cream plus ground espresso dusting on top.
Both drinks will hit stores on June 6, 2017.
To accompany these new drinks, Starbucks Philippines is also releasing new food items on the menu. Featured for this season is the Lime Torte Cake — crunchy and crumbly with a sweet citrus taste.
New mini-cakes also make their way to the menu: the Mango Crunch Cake and Chocolate Marshmallow Cake. There will be Greek Yogurt Parfaits, in Blueberry and Mango variants.
The Whole Wheat Bagel and Bagel Bites Filled With Cream Cheese will also be made available in stores.
Mornings will also be made better come June 6, as new breakfast sandwiches come your way. These are Turkey Ham, Egg White and Fontina Cheese on Whole Wheat Bread; Four Mushroom and Emmental Cheese on Boule Bread; Spam® Jalapeno, Egg and Gouda Cheese on Supergrain Bagel; Bacon, Egg and Gouda Cheese on Croissant Bun; and Baked Egg and Mozzarella Cheese with Black Truffle Dressing on Croissant Bun.
